Wah-lau-eh~!!!
It's nearly 2 months I didn't even update my blog... My record!
Anyway, there isn't much to write about anyway.. I'm having a pathetic social life so much so that it stinks. The only time I'm off is on weekdays where my friends would be working. And when i'm working, they're having off-days on the weekends. Sigh...
So, other than my pathetic-otemy, I did enjoy myself at Lumut & Pangkor where Sweet organized last month. Highlight: LAST MONTH! I'm so outdated in updating my blog. Anyway, we went there together with NeohKor & his luvly Irene, and stayed in the Damai Laut Swiss International Resort's apartment. When I first saw that the apartment was kind of a distance from the main hotel, I was a bit down, but after we came back from Pangkor island trip, I was too tired to think where is more comfortable other than a nice bed to sleep in with a Midnight Express wine to accompany before that. The wine was sponsored by NeohKor & Irene, whereas Sweet sponsored our "Friendship Forever Anniversary" cheese (I think) cake, and as from me.. I sponsored 4 plastic cups for the wine; red, blue, green & yellow!!! Muahahaha... >:) I don't think I want to describe the apartment and the resort, but you guys can read it from my NeohKor's blog. By the way, NeohKor kept bullying Irene in the pool, poor Irene... Luckily Sweet can't do that to me, otherwise I'll pull his legs from underneath the water... or better still, hang onto his neck from the back and make him swim with my weight on top to the end of the pool! Muahahaha... >:) Back to the topic, it really has a nice seaview & a golf course though. Highly recommended to golf-lovers. ;-)
We drove to Ipoh, after the swim, for our salted chicken lunch and some temple cave hunting with a hidden valley of lily pond inside! Really it was beautiful. NeohKor asked me whether have I been there before, I thought I haven't but actually I did. But that trip was like nearly 10 years ago when I used to have a relative staying in Ipoh. I think it was my Dad's cousin or someone quite a faraway relative. I couldn't remember the family relationship. Me and NeohKor made Sweet closed his eyes before reaching the valley because we wanted to surprise him with the view. He walked up the stairs so carefully with small and stable steps as if I was going to kick him in the butt when we reach "some cliff" (which was what he told me he was imagining). He kept yelling in the cave and some uncles & aunties who were there for Tai Chis (I think) actually turn to our direction and laughed at his anxiety. He was in awe when I let go off his eyes when we were at "the cliff". His jaw dropped. The lilies in the pond was beautiful. And so is the marvelous cave overlooking at the pond, with those breeze blowing through our hair. It was really cool! Really fabulous for photo-snapping! Which was what exactly NeohKor did there - snapping away with Nikki, my "nephew". After we were satisfied with the breathtaking panoramic view, we head back to Penang stopping at JiuJiu Autocity to treat these hungry goons for dinner. The goons were exceptional for me & Irene. Muahahaha...
Sweet did do his best to make me smile although it always ended up with me snapping back at him for his weird mandarin dialect, and later apologize, and then laughing at his inefficiency at mastering the P.H.D. --> Penang Hokkien Dialect!
Seriously Sweet, if you master the PHD, you won't be so blur when Neoh, Irene & me were talking bad in front of you on purpose! Muahahahaha... >:)
I am such a mean person, I know. But I'm just being me. Get used to it!
P/S: Kor, photos from Nikki... pleeease...
